The Bachelor of Community Services is a three year fully online degree that will equip you with the practical skills and theory you need to pursue a career in community services, where you can make your mark supporting the wellbeing of individuals, families and communities, as well as being an agent of social change.This degree is a dynamic hands-on course which will prepare you for practice-based roles in both government and non- government agencies. Students can choose electives to focus on areas of specialisation including working with families at risk, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander studies, settlement work and disability services.The Bachelor of Community Services also requires you to undertake two workplacements which as well as preparing you to enter the profession with confidence, will provide you with the opportunity to establish professional networks.This course requires the completion of 22 subjects wil full-time students typically completing 4 subjects per semester.Further information about this course is available on the <a href="https://www.tafensw.edu.au/degrees" target="_blank">TAFE NSW Degrees website</a>
