Youll develop specialist expertise in either leadership, conflict management and resolution or economics. JCUs Master of Governance and Leadership is designed to empower you to pursue professional development in the areas of management and leadership. You will develop an in-depth understanding of leadership in casual, professional and organisational contexts. Study how governance operates on social, political and national levels and develop a micro and macro view of leadership principles and methods at work.This governance and leadership degree has eight core subjects that cover key topics such as leading organisational change, conflict analysis, sustainable economics, policy analysis and management, and state governance. In addition to these core subjects, you tailor the degree to support your career goals by choosing one of three options: a small-scale research project; pursuing one of three available majors (listed below); or customising your coursework, an option that must be approved by your course coordinator.
